One week is in the books! Let’s close out March with a big FU! Great job to everyone participating this past week. How many FUCS will YOU give this week?


Warm-up: 30 high knees


Exercise:

-Scissor kicks (30 seconds)

-Crunches (30)

-Scissor kicks (30 seconds)

-Side crunches (30 total)

-Scissor kicks (30 seconds)

-Air squats (15) - Standing, touch elbow to opposite knee (30 total)

Damn Henry. you look all Corona'd out.

Accompished today:

- 1000 touches with footy

- did my normal workout routine which included; 20 pull-ups, 15 minutes of stretches, planking for 90seconds, 50 calf-raises, air squats for 90 seconds(slow)

- kettlebell workout for 20 minutes of various exercises; kettlebell swings and turkish get-ups

- 25 meter strides (10 strides)

- walk around neighborhood 30 minutes.

I doubled up on the workout today and added a mile jog. Nice and sweaty 🥵
