Day 20 (April 13) FUCS Fitness Challenge

Warm-Up:
-Jog in place (1 minute)
-5 Clean push-ups
-10 toe touches
Exercise: (5 rounds, timed)
-50 touches (figure 8 around ankles)
-10 push-ups & controlled
-10 deep lunges (5 each side)
Accompished today and yesterday April 12 and 13.
- 1000 touches with footy
- did my normal workout routine which included; 20 pull-ups(2x10's), 15 minutes of stretches, planking for 90seconds, 50 calf-raises, air squats for 90 seconds(slow)
- kettlebell workout for 10 minutes; turkish get-ups and kettlebell swings
- 25 meter strides (10 strides)
- walk around neighborhood, 30 minutes

6:40 time. We got in a shoulder workout earlier too 💪
