Good work out - my burpee form is not good but will get better!

Give me those bonus points for touches: 1500 today

D U N spells DUN.

Accompished today: same as yesterday and the day before:)

- 1000 touches with footy

- walked for 30 minutes around my neighborhood

- did my normal workout routine which included; 20 pull-ups, 15 minutes of stretches, planking for 90seconds, 50 calf-raises, air squats for 90 seconds(slow)

- kettlebell workout for 10 minutes of various exercises; kettlebell swings and turkish get-ups
