Day 16 (April 9) FUCS Fitness Challenge

Warm Up:
10 lunges in place
5 inch worm stretches
Exercise:
8 minutes of: (post how many rounds you complete!)
10 push-ups
20 air squats
20 mountain climbers
Bonus Activity: 1 mile a jog
Accompished today: longer walk today, felt good.
- 1000 touches with footy
- did my normal workout routine which included; 20 pull-ups, 15 minutes of stretches, planking for 90seconds, 50 calf-raises, air squats for 90 seconds(slow)
- kettlebell workout for 15 minutes; turkish get-ups and kettlebell swings
- 25 meter strides (10 strides)
-walk at park, 45 minutes
