Warm Up:

  • 10 lunges in place

  • 5 inch worm stretches


Exercise:

8 minutes of: (post how many rounds you complete!)

  • 10 push-ups

  • 20 air squats

  • 20 mountain climbers

Bonus Activity: 1 mile a jog
