Day 1 (March 25) FUCS Fitness Challenge - Kickoff Exercise

Let's start off simple... Remember to post your daily work in the comments section.

 

Warm-Up (500 Footy Touches)

-- if you don't have a footy, use any ball or something comparable (bag of coffee beans????)


Exercise - Standard is 2 sets of 20 each (not timed)


-situps (or crunches)

-pushups (or pushups at an angle)

-squats

Day 21 (April 14) FUCS Fitness Challenge

Start off with 30 sit-ups and 30 crunches. Then take a footy or a ball with you on a 2 mile jog/run. (Post your distance and the ball took with you)

Day 20 (April 13) FUCS Fitness Challenge

Warm-Up: -Jog in place (1 minute) -5 Clean push-ups -10 toe touches Exercise: (5 rounds, timed) -50 touches (figure 8 around ankles) -10 push-ups & controlled -10 deep lunges (5 each side)
