Warm-Up (500 Footy Touches)
-- if you don't have a footy, use any ball or something comparable (bag of coffee beans????)
Exercise - Standard is 2 sets of 20 each (not timed)
-situps (or crunches)
-pushups (or pushups at an angle)
-squats

Ryan - 2 sets of 20 situps, pushups, and squats!
Caity- 2 sets of 20 situps, pushups (from the knees), and squats!
Look out for tomorrow's challenge (posting around 10 pm each night).
Did the routine today, looking forward to a kick at the park with Loz tomorrow
Not as good as Jono, but.. 40 pushups. 40 sit-ups. 60 squats and a kick of the footy inside with the boys. Nothing got smashed. Gold!
Accompished today:
- 1000 touches with footy
- walked for 30 minutes around my neighborhood
- did my normal workout routine which included; 20 pull-ups, 15 minutes of stretches, planking for 90seconds, 50 calf-raises, air squats for 90 seconds(slow)
- kettlebell workout for 10 minutes of various exercises
BOOM!
A day early, but feel like a million bucks - threw in an extra 500 touches to break up the sets. Lets go!
